I was looking for a quick meal late at night and this was the perfect answer. An authentic Italian experience in the heart of Warsaw. They were kind enough to do me a takeaway pizza despite being in the process of closing for the night. My simple prosciutto pizza was perfect: fresh, hot, and with that beautiful classic crust you seem only capable of getting in Europe. That hint of flour on the base, crispy but not hard crust, springy in the middle. Wonderful.
