The service is awful and the food is crap. Why would anyone go here when there are so many better options?

If I could give this sh*t-hole NO STARS I would, but I can’t, unfortunately…
Came in here with my boyfriend and another couple to grab a bite to eat on a early Saturday evening. I’m an American and my friends are Polish but grew up in Australia and Canada. We figure Hamburger = FAST food, NOT SO in the case of this place. Not only was it filled with jerks and drunks the place had COMPLETELY AWFUL service.
Literally a minute after paying for our order I asked my boyfriend to see how long we’d have to wait for our food. The girl behind the cash register let us know that it would be 30+ minutes!!!
I immediately decide that if we have to wait that long for a hamburger I would rather go to a sit down restaurant and wait for the same amount of time. The ONLY reason we went there is because I thought it would be done in a MAX of 15 – 20 mins and even that’s generous. These are HAMBURGERS people not a steak or a nice sit-​down meal.
I ask her to cancel our order and refund our money and SHE REFUSED. They had not even started making our order! REFUSED TO GIVE OUR MONEY back. and on top of that I had a man dressed in plain clothes (who I’m guessing was some kind of security) come and take my hand and twist my wrist until it hurt for NO REASON. THIS IS ASSAULT!!! The middle eastern man who apparently runs the business thought the whole situation was hilarious and did absolutely NOTHING to help. I ended up having to CALL THE POLICE. Another drunk retard «patron» ended up assaulting my boyfriend and when I tried to stop the two from fighting ended up being hit by a man IN THE FACE who then he tried to run away. Thankfully another gentleman tracked him down and he WAS ARRESTED. ALL WITH NO HELP FROM «SECURITY».
THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. I’M PURSUING CHARGES AGAINST THE «RESTAURANT» and assailant. We had to secure the video footage. THIS PLACE IS RAN BY A BUNCH OF UNEDUCATED THUGS WHO STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT PROMOTE BUSINESS THAT BEHAVE IN THIS MANNER!
