Tasty food, good service. Try the chicken bombaj masala(not spicy at all, but very flavorful) and the garlic naan.

I’ve been to a lot of Indian restaurants in India, US and Europe. And I can say this is very very very good food. As far as north Indian food goes, this is probably the most authentic Indian food I’ve tasted outside of India. The owner of the restaurant has some great taste. I loved the décor! The people were very friendly and the service. super fast. That really comes in handy when you are out dining with a 14 month old. We ordered ‘angarey tikki’ for the appetizer. We were warned that it would be spicy but we thought how spicy can it be. After all, it is an Indian restaurant that caters to westerners. Well, we were pleasantly surprised. Mind you, in this restaurant. spicy means just that.spicy. The palak paneer was AMAZING! It’s been a while since I’ve had palak paneer that great. The naan was soft and yummy. So good that I finished a whole naan(which is so not like me). So glad we decided to give this one a try.

Fantastic. Really good food, best I’ve had outside of Rusholme. Staff were knowledgeable about allergies too. Good atmosphere, interesting music…

Pamper yourself - Out of the 3 Indian restaurants that I have visited in Warsaw, Bombay Masala is a class apart. In my view it’s the closest to authentic Indian food that I have tasted in Warsaw. In spite of having my most expensive meals it continues to remain one of my favourite places where I think I have been 6 – 7 times in 5 months. It begins with the complimentary papads and pickles. Must try in the appetisers are the samosa — both veg/non veg. Main course — most of which are well made, my personal favourite is the standard chicken butter masala. If you don’t have an issue with garlic, the Garlic Naan is a must try. Don’t forget to top it up with the gulab jamun desert. The location is convenient and the ambience, with peppy Bollywood numbers lives up to the high standards set by the culinary department. If all of these were not enough to motivate you for a visit here, let me assure you that the courteous and charming staff and fantastic service will sweep off your feet. Two points to remember — it can be a little occupied, so if you just plan to stroll in you may be in for a disappointment or a long wait. Second from a budgetary side prices are not the cheapest– Only a meal(without drinks) for two may cost as high as 100 – 120 pln. It’s just right place to pamper yourself.

The ratings to date suggest this is only an okay Indian restaurant, but I found it to be far, far better than the star rating currently suggests. I hadn’t booked, so waited at the bar for fifteen minutes to get a table while being able to peruse the menu and have a drink. The friendly waitress showed me through to a nice place by the window, and I promptly ordered. My entrée of two samosas was lovely, and too large for one person. The main, a chicken madras, deserved the three chilli marks it was listed with and got the eyes watering in a good way. Naan and rice topped off a great meal. Strongly recommended.

This is a great place to have an excellent Indian meal in Warsaw. For the novice, stay away from anything on the menu with a rating of three or more chilies; however, one or two should be suitable for most palettes. I had the Seafood Shorba for a starter and the two chili rating was perfect. The soup was warm and the heat built throughout the meal. The seafood was mild and did not overpower the dish. It was a brilliant balance of seafood and spice. For my main course, I chose Duck with Mint Sauce. While the meal was very good, the mint became overpowering as the meal progressed. I am not a real fan of mint… a little goes a long way… and this was beyond a little. All things being equal, if you are in Warsaw and in the mood for Indian cuisine, you must visit Bombaj Masala.
