Czarno na białym

My companion and I wanted to go to a place where we can just drink and munch on something small, especially since we had a late lunch. So we head to Nowy Swiat and found this place.
They are more of a beer and cocktail place, but they do have a number of selections for wine. We opted to get a bottle of the Primitivo, as well as a cheese plate for two. The waiter that attended us was very friendly, helpful, and even funny.
The cheese plate was good; they had a selection of Polish cheeses that I was unfamiliar with, so I liked trying them. And the wine was great. Most importantly, however, the atmosphere was perfect. It was a small place, and there were plenty of people in there, but it didn’t feel crowded. I could still hear my companion and we could still have a decent conversation, even though there were other people around us, and even though there was music playing. The music was not too loud at all. It was perfect, and we were able to create a little bubble for just the two of us while we were enjoying some wine and cheese.
I’ll definitely come back here again when I am in town again.
