Can we do it again??? :)
this was my second Unilocal Elite event, and it was awesome! I was very excited about learning how to make pierogi or in this case, pielmeni.
Do you know the difference between russian pierogi and polish ones? this was a questions that i was wondering and nobody knew the answer… until this event! Russian ones and mostly made from meat, and its not cooked, from the other side, polish ones could from vegetables, even sweet ones! and the filling it’s already cooked before you boil them.
Skamiejka was a nice place as the same as the guys who explained us everything. We dinner some meat pielmeni with vinegar, or cream or home made mustard sauce! excellent! everything was very tasty, (and mustard spicy ^^)
As always, I met new people, talked, had fun, enjoyed, and even learnt new things! so I really enjoy the afternoon.
5 stars because 6 it’s not possible! CONGRATS!!!
