This isn’t your average sushi bar. They’re all about European-​Japanese fusion. In addition to some more traditional rolls, their menu is full of creative flavor pairings that you’ve probably never tried before; certainly not in the sushi form. If you think that sweet sushi is only good for dessert and fruit and fish don’t go together then you’ll be sure to have a mind blowing experience once you dine here. The staff is beyond nice. The décor is sleek and modern, yet it feels cozy, which is very rare for a sushi bar. The only thing that bothers me about this place is that it seems that they only have one sushi chef. That’s why when they get busy, and have to serve more than two tables simultaneously, the wait can exceed 30 mins and that’s pretty long for sushi… But they’re relatively new, so I’m sure they’ll improve. Even so, they’re easily one of the best sushi bars in Warsaw. Keep it up, guys!
