We rolled in after a long few days in Katowice and Kraków, and were blown away by the freshness and authenticity of the dishes. Best traditional Polish food we’ve ever had, and the best Pierogi’s I’ve ever tasted. Just fantastic.

Another traditional Polish restaurant, but when in Poland, that’s honestly the only thing I’d like to eat. Hubs and I popped in here to escape the rain and because he’s read positive reviews online about it. I’m adding. The staff is great! Polite, professional, well informed about the food, speaks English, very helpful with the food choices and pairings. I was indecisive and couldn’t choose between two entrees, so the waiter offered me half of both as one. It was perfect! I ate both things without overeating and no leftovers. Hubs and I recommend the barszcz, zupa ogórkowa(pickle soup), pyzy(potato dumplings), and a few things off the chef’s special menu which were all great! I also likes the décor, it’s eclectic and reminiscent of yesteryear. I sat on the green velvet couches which after dinner seemed like a nice comfy spot for a nap [which I did not take]. I like that it’s a unique, small business type of place. The quality is noticeable.

Great service, great wodka, great beer, and great garlicky bread for those that enjoy too much great beer and wodka. The Christmas jams on the radio were choice.

Very pleased with our visit to Radio Café. During our week in Warsaw, we ordered Zurek several times, this was the best. We also experienced the pig knuckle with tender, fall off the bone meat. Finished off with apple pancakes and vanilla ice cream; the best!

Excellent traditional Polish food! I’ve eaten at Radio Café three times, most recently in July, when I visited with a non-Pole. The atmosphere is somewhat Bohemian and laid-back. On the most recent visit, the windows were thrown-open, tables spilled onto the sidewalk, and Stash(the owner) went around greeting guests. The young servers are always quite friendly and hospitable, and speak very good English if your Polish isn’t quite up to snuff. It felt like Stash was throwing a dinner party in his home. The real reason you come here is the food. My friend enjoyed the pierogi ruskie. I found them to be *almost* as good as babcia’s. The golabki are the most incredible I’ve ever had, by a landslide(and I’ve eaten hundreds of golabki in my day, both in various homes and restaurants). I’m still trying to figure out the recipe that Radio Café uses! The barszcz czerwony is served with fresh, tasty dumplings, and always amazes. The bigos exudes the complex blend of slow-cooked flavors for which that dish is known. I wish the zurek was a bit more sour – I think they could stand to ferment the rye flour for a day or two longer. Seriously, there are a lot of tourist trap restaurants in Poland, and especially in Warszawa. This cozy little spot hidden behind the Marriott just makes me feel at home. Grab a seat, order a half-litre of Zywiec with your meal, and shoot some Zubrowka for dessert. Even if you’re not a Pole, Radio Café will make you feel like one right-quick.

Enjoyed my dinner here! We were staying at the Mercure which was not far away and I found reviews on tripadvisor for this restaurant. Its a great central location. Nice outdoor sidewalk pavement seating. Lovely waitstaff. Good food. I had the Ruski Peroggi which were very tasty and my husband had the stuffed cabbage rolls which he enjoyed. We also had a great salad that we shared(large!). I did not venture in to look at the memorabilia but it looked pleasant from what I cold see. I would go back again.

A really nice spot with a friendly staff and good, solid Polish food. It’s a block from the Central Railway Station so it’s a good place for a meal when you want to avoid the Golden Terraces or anything resembling the Hard Rock Café. The zureck and borscht were superb, the cabbage rolls tasty and the pastries first rate. There are a few daily specials that are usually worth a try if they intrigue you.
