Wow i have some mixed feelings about this place. The food is really interesting when it comes to the different types of protein used like smoked eel and clamari to even more interesting textures and flavor combinations. Starting with the ambiance its really swanky and the place has a nice interior wich you would expect from such a high end restaurant. The service level is good but a bit overbearing sometimes. I think we had three different waiters asking us if we wanted a pre dinner drink the only on the first 5 minutes after we where seated. I think it would be enough saying no just one time but hey thats just me… We had the 7 meal course for 250 zl/p.p and the wine pairing at 200 zl/p.p. The food was good and sometimes even«fun» with corky presentations like foie gras in what looked like a cup cake but the magic when paying top money should also be in the tastebuds and that was not always the case this evening. Some of the dishes like the monkfish with goulash was great both for the eye and when it hit the top of the tounge but some of the dishes felt more exciting then great tasting wich was a shame. The wine pairing was good so the sommelier did a good job also in describing each wine in flavortype and origin. Good! We did enjoy the experience but im not sure that i think it was worth roghly 200 € and i think i might try something else next time in Warszaw. I think we wanted it to be similar to the magnfificent Sztuczka in Gdynia where we had an excellent 10 course dinner with wine for 2 at roughly 180 €. Too bad that Senses fell short this time.

Wauw! Only 7 months open and presenting a culinary orgasm! New cooking techniques meet traditional Polish dishes and flavours! An incredible experience! This new restaurant is at least worth 1 Michelin-star! Also the hospitality is very high standard! Definitely worth a visit! The famous chef is half French, half Italian and will be happy to come and talk to you after your exquisite dining(or lunch) experience!
