A Tandoor Palace is neither but that shouldn’t stop you from giving it a try. I’ve been there twice and here are my thoughts:
Food — the reason you’re going out, right? It’s not bad, not bad at all. I’ve tried 6 or 7 dishes there and I liked them all. Bear in mind it’s not Indian Indian but rather Polish Indian — but tasty nevertheless. Presentation is decent and the portion sizes are fine too. You might want to ask them to make your order a bit more spicy.
Décor — nothing to write home about. Actually, it’s rather bland and does not seem to add to the experience.
Service — right… It does not feel right and I’m trying to figure our what. The wait staff is not very attentive but after you’ve managed to talk to them they all turn our quite nice… Be friendlier, ask me about drinks and desserts… You can do better.
Last but not least — the place needs to improve their AC/ventilation — my clothes all smell of food now…
