Breakfast experience… awful!
Una experiencia bastante desagradable. El servicio y la atención fatal y el desayuno ni hablar. Revoltillo seco y los vegetales eran fantasmas en el plato (no los vi en el plato). Tostadas quemadas. Pero la peor parte fue la inexperencia que mostró el dueño (chef) a la hora de manejar mi queja.
Caballero, aprenda y entienda que cuando un cliente se queja porque la comida está mala y también le dice que el servicio no ha sido el mejor, lo primero que podría ofrecer es una disculpa. «Qué es lo que quiere, que le devuelva el dinero?» Pregunta con un tono poco compremetido con su labor…
Caballero, esa no es la forma de manejar una queja de un cliente que lo que quiere es ir a desayunar tranquilamente y saborar un buen desayuno.
Lamento que mi 1ra (obvio que también última) experiencia haya sido así. Y me apenó mucho más enterarme después del incidente que es usted una figura pública.

Little great self service coffe shop! Amazing coffe & I got the tuna sandwich which is was made in a local bread! Cool staff… if you are in the area you should check it out!

Good coffee! They must be baristas because they can make a good cup of it. The breakfast is also good. Small place and it gets crowded.

Very good coffee and awesome vibe! If you are a coffee lover and you are in the area, you must stop and grab a latte!

My favorite coffee bar. I go almost daily for great coffee. The oatmeal for breakfast is really good. Finding a seat can be an issue since it is small, but that cozy feeling is part of the charm. The cortadito is great, and the owner, Quique, is a sweetheart to everyone.

One of my favorites places to have a cup of coffee. They have racks for bicycles witch its very important for the growing cyclist community. Great food, all made at the house.

Cozy and fantastic coffee shop in Hato Rey. Variety of coffees and coffee based beverages. Wraps, sandwich and snacks available. Excellent customer service, like being at home.
