Very nice bar. 80s music. Awesome food. I had the homemade burger and fries. Beer could of been a little colder. Overall, I would come back. Employees are very friendly.

Awesome place!!! Met a guy called Angel in Old San Juan who recommended this place, and he was dead on. Joey and Elena are fantastic, and we’ll definitely come back when we’re here again.

Dropped in after a long, long day in San Juan and we were heading back to Vega Baja. We hopped off an exit and Handlebar was right there! Parking was on the street. Very biker bar-esque, loud 90s alt and décor to match. As with many PR restaurants, it was open-air with a couple fans rotating around and a couple dogs hanging out inside. We sat at the bar for a quick bite and the woman running the kitchen was very kind. Definitely the only tourists in the place and she was very patient with our indecisive ordering. That said, the menu offered a handful of items and we all ordered chicken quesadillas. From what I could tell, chicken came precooked in strips but was doctored up on the grill and the quesadilla was delicious! Seems like a good place to wait out traffic or hang out and grab a beer. Definitely not a destination on the foodie list though!

A true hidden gem that probably doesnt see a lot of tourists. Another local took me here and I had an excellent time. NBA Finals were on and they had the game on every TV and a projector with sound on which was nice. Definitely a rock venue with live bands on weekends(maybe more). Band played mostly 70s and 80s rock hits in English. There were bikes, porsches, and some old muscle cars outside. Bartender seemed to know little english so id suggest keeping it simple on your drink selection. No AC but supposedly has mist fans on outside, didnt have them on, on a Sunday night. Pleade know that coming herr after dark, its in an industrial park and there are monstrous pot holes everywhere. You’ve been warned. I never felt unsafe even though I stuck out like a sore thumb! Id come back again for sure!

This place is definetly different than other bars in Puerto rico. There is street parking but try not to park TOO far. It has biker décor, plays 80s and 90s rock music, has fun live music on fridays and the prices aren’t bad. It’s a great place to stop by to grab a bite or a beer while you wait for traffic to subside or to just fome hang out with your crew. They have two pools tables, multiple TVs, outside seating area and inside seating area around the bar and grill area. Everytime i come here with friends we have a good time. Fyi, Don’t expect anything fancy.
