Anything But Salads

We stumbled upon Anything But Salads while wandering the surrounding area in a frenzied panic, looking for the loo. What a marvelous discovery it was!
ABS is an HK-​based gourmet health food company, a one-​stop shop for all of your raw, organic superfood needs. It’s a small, grassroots operation founded by a young female entrepreneur named Calista which I find to be very impressive and inspiring. The tiny storefront is located in the hilly corridor above Hollywood Road in the Sheung Wan district. Not only do they offer an impressive range of goods, but everything is lovingly hand-​crafted and the quality reflects the care they place into their products. There were so many awesome snacks and food items here, I could barely keep up. Raw flax and hemp crackers, cacao truffles, sprouted nut butters, granola, housemade Kombucha, wheatgrass and chorella shots, and a small number of both sweet and savory raw food options. My absolute favorite item here would probably have to be their kale chips. They come in small 1 oz bags, in both cheese and chocolate options. I’m a recovering kale chip addict and have sampled many brands, and this is definitely the best I’ve ever had.
