Every time I come back to HK, I always crave their baos/​buns (菜肉包). The buns are nice and fluffy while the inside is just salty and oily enough to wake you up. By oily, I definitely don’t mean dripping in oil because it’s probably one of the least oily meat-​veggie baos I’ve ever had. If you like these, I recommend getting some to share with your family :) They’re super affordable and the quality is always the same. Don’t let them sit outside too long though because they don’t taste good anymore when cold!
