This is definitely a no-​frills type of place, but Avis does a fantastic blow-​out and the price is right — just 108HKD (around $ 14) for a wash and styled blow-​dry. Even with long hair, I was out of there in 40 minutes. I highly recommend. Knocked a star off for the lack of atmosphere.
