Great dim sum, on the moderate scale, not too fancy and not your regular ordinary stuff. Some of their dim sums are really unique and creative with a classy presentation and delicious flavors!
Some of the great stuff I tried included the chicken feet, fish head soup, deep fried rolls with lobster bisque, shrimp and crab meat dumplings and steamed mushroom rice noodles. The chicken feet were served in a clay pot of marinade and were not over cooked at all! The fish head herbal soup was a surprise on a dim sum menu, but man the fish head was so good and the soup was the perfect Chinese natural remedy for a humid day! The surprise came when they served the deep fried shrimp roll with a soup covered in pastry. It’s lobster bisque! I honestly don’t know if it’s supposed to be a dip or soup but I ate it as a soup. Anyway, that was delicious!
Most dim sums we ordered were of good quality. AVOID the shrimp dumpling. The skin fell apart and the inside was dry.
Service was quick and polite enough. Prices are about HKD $ 100/​head.
