Le Cafe Winebeast

I been here from It call Le Bistro Winebeast to now Le café Winebeast.
The changed of style make me tried to do a review.
I am very Chinglish lolllllllll.
Le café is more relax & family feeling.
I really enjoy it alone after work.
Price still nice as usual & food is nice~
Wine for a bottle is a retail price with their own company as I know.
So good!!! even with no service & you can buy the bottle away with not dining there~~
I am so happy that I am working around there~~
Hehe, Really nice~ I can finish a bottle in a night~

Guess I just found my favourite spot for 2015. Risi e Bisi is sadly closed but this star just raised!
I have been watching out for it for quite some time. Till some this not so busy but tired Friday, I don’t caring about drinks or going out, REWARD me with a decent meal. Select wine and authentic French cooking.
Feeling more like a backyard chill. I noticed the pricy glass rate for my Pinot Noir. I went for a Burgandy, the lower end of course. Super! It is no longer troubling to find good wine in HK any more.
Skip the dessert, and since first time, no tasting menu for me. I played my barbarian side, pork cheek main for me. And friend got a grilled cod. On the board there were lamb cult (so tempting but seems too much), then hanger steak, grilled while asparagus with foi gras. I stick to their menu which should be their signatures.
I got WOWed. The Confit pork cheek served as a tarte dressed in vinegar. The Brussel Sprout and pea purée is perfect to avoid overwhelming fat. It reminds me to recover my barbarian side, maybe I will even come back to beef!!!
My friend’s cod is a bit plain, maybe mustard is not our thing.
I am going back shortly for the tasting menu or anything! This little place is heaven. But make sure you dine inside. We seat at the bar and sweat all the way along my main…
