It is super cheap and it has take away options right on the street via a vendor cart in the front. Fish balls, soup, noodles… easy stuff. Nothing complicated here and a small, local, Chinese café of sorts.
The space inside is small and they do have a little space out the back with some seating. It opened in late 2015 or maybe simply renovated the space a bit in late 2015. No culinary breakthroughs or customer service wizardry being performed by space, but it is OK. Menu has no English and staff speaks no English.

Happily surprised by this place. A little cramped because of the low price point. But the food I had was great. Simple menu; choose from a, b, c & add up the prices. Great noodles, meats & veggies. Clean, neat & well decorated for this kind of place. Get here before 12:45 for lunch or no seat for you.
