I really wanted to find true Uyghur food in Hong Kong, and so far it has been futile. The lamb dumplings at Ma’s were doughy and had very subtle lamb flavour at best. Truly unfortunate given the number of people queuing for the food come lunch time!

Wanted authentic chinese food. My cousin eats only halal food. So it was kind of hard, however found this little gem. It was absolutely amazing. Deep Fried Lamb was one of the most amazing items i have ever eaten. Probably one of my favourite meals while travelling Hong Kong.
