Midwest Vintage

If you are a true vintage/​second hand fanatic, you definitely have heard of MIDWEST. Situated on Watson Road since like… forever, MIDWEST specializes and second hand jeans trading and to your surprise, some of those jeans are quite unaffordable (at least to me).
Of course MIDWEST is one of those thrift stores where you can dig up the most well suited treasure on your own. My first visit was at 16 when I was still taking art classes on Saturdays. I made a special pilgrimage trip after class in the hope to get some really worn, hooded sweaters and I did– one red and blue. And the blue one is actually a Syracuse vintage sweater. A few years back while I was riding to work in it in MTR, two boys obviously American born asked me if I went to Syracuse ’cause apparently they did. Oh well, this was one nice experience recalling from memory.
I still remember at MIDWEST the manger was an old white man. They have probably changed but feel free to visit anytime to dig up nice vintage treasures if you like them just as I do. It is highly recommended.
