Oyster Mp

I must say I enjoyed my time with this small restaurant.
When I say small, it’s really small, with about 12 seats only. My encounter starts at the reservation call. They are accepting booking for 2 slots during dinner time 6pm /​8:30pm. I was a bit hesitated as I cannot arrive by 6pm and I am not really fond of dining too late. The one answering the call gave me a suggestion: We booked for 8:30pm. If people dining at 6pm finishes early (which usually will happen) then they could give us a call and we could arrive early. Perfect!
Our main thing here is to try oysters of course. My friend and I was an idiot of this. So we ordered a platter, including 12 oysters of our choice (those cost $ 36 or lower only). As I said we know nothing about oysters, the waiter proposed to choose for us and we just have to pay back the difference for those costing more than $ 36. Fair enough! Just to say… My favourite of the night is Coffin Bay. Though others are also fresh and yummy.
As main, my friend and I share a dish of Carbonara. Another unexpectedly awesome dish. They must have a very good chef in there. Definitely going there again ^^

The oysters here are very large and very fresh. The waiter is very knowledgable about the oysters and was very helpful. They have oysters from all over: France, US, Britain, and Australia and New Zealand. We had the oyster platter which was amazing and the wagyu beef is also very flavorful and tender.
