This pizza is not really NYC style, but it is still good. It is massive and the toppings are Over the Top! Landfill on a pizza, a bit too much and the cheese is very thick. it is open late though and does the job. The garlic knots are tasty too. It good to eat late night after drinking too much!

I was so happy about the pizza here. Four cheeses was delicious. The pieces are very big, and the price isn’t too bad either.

The ideal food after a night out. I’m not sure I would go here at any other time but it hits the spot perfectly late at night.

If you’ll notice, reviews are generally good by Asian users and so-so to bad by western expats. That’s a pretty telling statement about the quality of pizza in Hong Kong. That having been said, I found Paisano’s to be a pretty mixed bag. The slices are enormous and there’s a good variety of pies to chose from. The crust is moist and tasty. But the sauce is just above acceptable. It’s flavorless and bland. It ruins the overall experience, which is unfortunate, because Paisano’s would be an absolute slam dunk go-to place for me here in HK if they got that to even an average level. Not saying I wouldn’t go back. You have to get 4 things right to have a good pizza– crust, sauce, cheese and toppings. Fortunately Paisano’s gets three right, but the fourth really drags things down.

It’s more of a café with a few tables in the back rather than a restaurant. Very good prices — a slice costs $ 40 and a small pizza is $ 110. Good selection on the menu and they cook the slices whilst you wait. Pizzas are however very good and I would personally recommend just a margarita

Certainly not the best pizza I’ve ever had — but if you like thick crusts and generous toppings — this may be your spot(I think it may be my personal preference of thin crust that threw me off.) Right in LFK and offering by the slice for $HK30 — this is a great option of you’re wandering around bar hopping. I’m lucky with a rather large array of pizza options now in London but my Asia-living friends were salivating over the chance to have something that tasted a bit closer to home.

I absolutely adore Paisanos. Where else could you find a huge slice of pizza for HK$ 25. Portions are large and the pizzas are quite tasty. I’m a really big fan of their generous use of cheese! It’s a shame that even with their larger venue, capacity is kinda low.

I found the cheese to not to be of the best quality and lack of sauce… plenty of dough though. In general a good effort and early to anyone else in HK by far… but now its time to step it up and make it truly new york… understanding that the owner is from he city.

Paisano’s is the most authentic New York Style pizza I have found in Hong Kong. The pizza slices are large and the beer on tap is cold. They also offer calzones, sandwiches, and salads. Their take away pizzas are great both fresh and the next day.

Oh nooooo paisanos isn’t the same anymore! My beloved pizza restaurant just isn’t the same. I’m not sure if any of you rember the old paisanos in central. It used to be a small little takeout place with seating in the basement. Now that really impressed me. The crust was thin, the flavours were yuy, lots of toppings, just goodness(and calories) all packed on a massive slice of pizza, for less than 40hkd! I have been to the other locations however have not been to this location in central until just recently. I went for a snack after a few drinks. My friend suggested tsui wah and I suggested paisanos. I regretted that decision with a passion. Prices still the same, seating is more comfy … But pizza quality deteriorated by so much. It was served lukewarm, the cheese hasn’t even melted, the ingredients were not fresh and worse of all, the crispy crust I had so loved, is no longer crispy, no longer thin crust. It was thick and dough-ey. I felt like I just wasted calories on eating that! I hope the other locations can maintain the quality. Either that or hopefully that was a one time incident. So disappointed, what have you done paisanos?

Paisano’s is my favourite pizza joint in Hong Kong. To me pizza is all about the crust and toppings. If the crust is right but the toppings isn’t than it’s not a great pizza and vice versa. I’m a more New York style pizza kind of girl so thin crust All the way! Paisanos offers huge slices of thin crust pizza just like in New York. After some drinks with friends, we get a little hungry and we either go to tsui wah for a bite to eat or we go American version and come to paisanos for a slice of New York! I usually order the four cheese pizza because I love cheese and the one at paisanos is amazing. The cheese is melting off the pizza as they bring it to you. You smell the tomato sauce and the cheese bubbling on top. You take a bite and it bursts into your mouth with flavour. It is definitely a nicely ended night cap to our night everyone we choose paisanos.

Paisano’s is one of my favorite places to get pizza in Hong Kong. Ever since my summer in New York a few years back where I had pizza for more meals than I’d like to admit, I’ve realized that I’ve had terrible pizza all my life. I used to always order Pizza Hut delivery, but never again when I returned back to Hong Kong. I still wouldn’t say that Paisano’s lives up to the standard of New York pizza, but it comes pretty close — MUCH closer than Pizza Hut does! Paisano’s pizza slices are huge, which is great because one slice is just enough to get me full. Depending on which slice you order, the prices range from $ 38 to around $ 45 per slice, which isn’t too expensive in my opinion. The pizza is always served piping hot, and the it’s cheesy, gooey and bursting with flavor. I almost never finish the crust though because I’m always too full by the time I get to it. I personally don’t really like the crust though — it’s too dough-y for me, but that might be because I’m not a fan of pizza crust anyway. I recommend the ‘four cheese’ or ‘white cheese’ slice if you’re like me and, well, just really like cheese. Otherwise, ‘the cheeseburger’, which is very generous with its bacon toppings, is not bad as well! Oh, and I’d suggest buying a drink at 7 – 11 before going to Paisano’s. Paisano’s doesn’t do sets, so it’ll be cheaper for you to get a drink outside than to buy one there!
