Prada

This store has been open for maybe a dozen years. I came years ago and have been a few times since moving to Hong Kong in 2015. It is not the unknown treasure trove of rock bottom great discounts it once was, but if Prada is your brand of choice, it would be worthy of a look.
It is an authentic Prada Outlet store. They sell Mui Mui and Prada brands at this location (maybe equally ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ on hand bags, accessories and shoes, but most of the clothing all appears to be the Prada label). They have a men’s section of clothing as well.
This is a self standing store and is not located in the 30 story Horizons Plaza building that houses the bulk of the outlet shopping. Also, Marina Square where Prada is located and Horizons Plaza where the other outlets are located is about a 5 minute cab ride from one another and not really walkable, so I would not suggest it. If you are shopping at Prada to begin with, don’t be cheap and do yourself a favor and spend the $ 25HKD to get from one to the other.
We did not find any special discount when we were in pursuit of an after X-​mas sale when we were there this weekend. Prices are normally 20−30% less than retail Prada and marked with exactly the percentage discount on the tag. Clothing sizes are small, but if you are small person, there are great items to be found. A big shoe area including boots and tennis shoes, heals and flats. Lots of handbags, most of solid colors and either leather or nylon. When it comes to handbags, most styles are their traditional looking pieces versus the new stuff what might come out every year. Lots of accessories, including wallets, necklaces, key chains, etc.
But again, they are not giving anything away at this store. I love Prada and they are a great quality brand that you will have forever. Just know what you are getting into and keep your expectations of finding some great item for 70% off just not in line with the reality of what kind of Prada outlet this is. If another Unilocaler has a dial in on when this Prada store is marking stuff down below the standard 20−30%, please post.
This store is not isolated like Horizons Plaza is and you will find normal streets with bakeries and restaurants and coffee shops around it. There is a massive amount of construction going on right now in front of Marina Square, because it appears this is where there will be an MTR station. But there is really not any other high end outlet shops in this specific area. So if you coming over from Hong Kong, I would say take a cab for $ 100HKD or so from Central area to the Prada outlet, buzz around store and do your shopping and then spend $ 25 to go over to Horizon Plaza to continue your outlet shopping (or vice versa).
Today I walked out with grey suade Prada loafers with funky metal studs on the toe at 40% off.
