This is one of the oldie locations in admiralty, I think opening up soon after Soho one? IFC was born, but I still like it. To be honest, yes the group class rooms are a bit smaller than ifc, citi, causewaybay, but its a nice and cozy atmosphere as long as they dont pack the room full!
What I like about it again is the convenience, I could do a fitness class then walk on to Hutchison house to do yoga or if I really want to do a class at Citibank as well. Also helps that this is one of the gyms clsoest to my workplace in WanChai. I really liked the selection of DVDs they provide, it makes the treadmill and elliptical machine time whizz by. they have a boxing area, lots of free weights, but not a large stretching area which isnt great. Bathrooms are nice and spacious not like IFC which can be a night mare sometimes to even change because it is SO narrow. the pure group is still unbeatable IMO :)
