Salon De Coifurre

There have been some good and bad things said about Salon de Coiffure, a hairdressers in Discovery Bay, but judging by its longevity it must be doing something right to keep its clients coming back again. Growing up in DB it was either Salon de Coiffure or my mum, and after losing a chunk of hair on the back of my head with mum I chose the salon every time. She didn’t even tell me I had a bald spot, I had to find out from one of my friends!
The salon offers different levels of hairdressers at different prices, be sure to state which hairdresser you want otherwise they’ll put you with the most expensive. I’ve fallen for that trick on a few occasions, but at least I got a good haircut! The other hairdressers also do a passable job as long as I explain exactly what it is I want. Do not use inches or centimeters! An inch to me is either half an inch or two inches to them. Creative license? Save if for your own hair please! So after making those couple of mistakes I finally figured out how to leave Salon de Coiffure satisfied.
Now that the North plaza has opened so has another hair salon. This will be Salon de Coiffure’s real test — can they up their standard and stay afloat or will they refuse to budge and sink?
