Food was good, not necessarily great. The presentation was great. The device was wonderful for the first half of our Valentine’s Day meal, but waned as the evening went on. Disappointed, is how I am feeling. I don’t believe I will return.

You can’t say their plating is fancy shmancy & a feast to the eye, but the taste is definitely a feast to your palette. Their steak is worthy of its price, crispy on the outside & still juicy inside~

I have been to this restaurant a few times, mostly for dinner. I’ve had wine tasting event here in the past. There is an open area outside that they usually have the event. It also attracts many cigar smokers to enjoy a glass of wine and cigar there. There’s also a nice bar area that works nicely with the ambiance. As we all know, most good quality steak houses in Hong Kong usually are hard to get reservation on Friday or weekend. Steik World Meats is my good alternative in TST. Most of time I can get a reservation the afternoon of Friday for table at 7pm. This restaurant is located at the K11 shopping mall, 4/F. The environment is very nice, which makes a decent place to dine for business or a date. The soft lights works perfectly with the booth seating and ambiance. The seats are very comfortable and larger than most restaurants tables in Hong Kong. The menu design is huge. It’s larger than most steak houses. There are a wide range of selection for non-steak fans. Nice range of seafood and vegetarian dishes. Lobster Bisque is one of my favorite starter for dinner. The soup serves with sides of lobster butter, nice fresh grated parmesan and croutons, I am a big fan of croutons and soup. It works delicately with crustacean and cream. Their salad portion is usually fit for 2 and the presentation is just amazing. Full piece of lettuce slightly cooked with tomato, cheese and I love the quail eggs. I’ve tried many of the steaks here from Japanese Saga Sirloin Grade A4, Argentinean Sirloin, low-braised Wagyu beef cheek, Prime Rib on bone, Aged dry Spanish, French rib eye, to Porterhouse. Japanese Sirloin was nicely marbled, nicely cooked, easy to chew and melts in your mouth. For Argentinean, Spanish, or French aged dry steak, you will have to compare them side by side to tell the different. I have done it with a few friend, 3 pieces of steaks from 3 markets and Spanish wins every time! If they don’t have aged dry available that evening, try their Prime Rib on bone. It’s as good as some of the members only clubs in Hong Kong such as Aberdeen Marina Club or the Royal HK Yacht Club, Compass Room. It’s so good that you will go home rubbing your tummy. Recommended — lobster bisque soup, Caesar salad, Prime Rib on bone. Ask the manager for special meats, sometimes they offer Spanish and French aged dry steak.
