BBQ is the specialty of this place and that’s the only thing they sell. Among the handful of good BBQ shops in HK this place is way underrated. For the reason being it’s located in the NT and the food critics just don’t like to travel. I want to say I like and have tried EVERTHING they sell, but the BBQ pig is definitely a must eat — meat is moist and tasty and the skin! is sooooo crispy! With a little Chinese mustard it’s something out of this world! And they know their BBQ pig is good that’s why it has a price to match. Expect a line around dinner time when people are buying those meats like hot cakes for suppers. Of course you can dine in but all you can order is your choice of meat on steamed white rice, that’s it and nothing else.
