The food was decent. It wasn’t great or bad, but I got the hananese chicken and fish ball soup with noodle. We also ordered a stir fried noodle dish but the order wasn’t brought to us…

Crispy wheat bun with condensed milk 12hkd + Kagoshima style pork cartilage, shrimp & spinach dumplings with vermicelli soup $ 52hkd It was one of the only things open then and it was busy! The bun was ok nothing amazing but we ordered it since it as highly recommended The broth itself was pretty good and tasty Overall 3.5 stars.

3.5 stars. This is the Tsui Wah I visit the most often, and I have seen its quality waver over the years. Tsui Wah is one of the big chains of «Hong Kong comfort food», so if you are visiting the area, you should definitely stop in. What’s good here? They have a huge and extensive menu, changing by time of day. However, there are a few things they do better than the rest. I usually get some Hong Kong-style milk tea or yin yeung(coffee and milk tea) with a piggie bun(grilled bun with condensed milk) for a snack. For main dishes, stay with their rice noodles with fish balls, their(really spicy) curry dishes, or the south East Asian dishes. Their fancier items like lamb chops or steak can be good too, if you feel like splurging. If you go with their main meals, they usually come with tea or coffee. Like the Europeans, we take them after the meal — Americans, be forewarned! A little reminder: you pay at the front counter with the little sheet of paper they put at your table.

My father and I went to this place on a weekday morning for breakfast while we were on vacation in Hong Kong a year ago. He and I ordered set B. It consist of satay beef instant noodle, butter toast, and milk tea. Excellent! This is a well known Hong Kong Style Café chain.

Extremely rude server. Idk why the server was being rude to us. Maybe because we ain’t locals? Food was decent.

The place is a classic, wonder if this place is where this company started its business. Originally going to give it 4 stars due to the poor service(a little bit un-polite) but then I thought, this is the tradition of Hong Kong 茶餐廳 and they have kept that fading essence. All good, 5 stars :-)

My favorite diner on this planet! On my trip to Hong Kong a few years ago, I came here whenever I was hungry. It is impossible to order something that you don’t like here as all the food is really well made. Breakfast here is *especially* good. I recommend getting one of their breakfast sets. B is my favorite as it comes with bread and condensed milk toast and milk tea that’s not overly sweet.
