The Vietnamese cuisine is insanely delicious but in Belgium Vietnamese restaurants are relatively scarce.
Imagine my joy when I discovered that Viet’s Choice has more than 25 branches in HK!
What to expect? A casual dining experience with affordable prices.
What’s on the menu? Noodle soup, cold vermicelli, red rice dishes and appetisers.
What to order? The cold vermicelli with lemongrass chicken wings (42 hk dollar /​5.1 €), a refreshing dish that will combat HK’s brutal heat; a killer combination with the tasty Vietnamese steamed rice rolls (42 hk dollar).
What to skip? The (hot) coffee (20 hk dollar /​2.3 €).
