Xia Fei

From all the delicious restaurants I’ve been in Hong Kong, the Xia Fei was by far the most delicious. It’s definitly worth the trip to the southern part of the island. Please take the busses No. 6, 6X or 260 from Central Station HK to Stanley Plaza and don’t forget to prepare for air condition in bus and restaurant. Along the coast there are many beaches, whereas in Stanley you will find a seabridge like in Brighton. The Xia Fei is located in stanley plaza as well as some wonderful shops.
The restaurant itself is beautifully designed. You can watch the noodle makers at work. It’s really entertaining. We ordered for example cold noodles with sesam Sauce and Dim Sum with boullion and meat. I can really recommend them.

Reasonably priced and delicious! This place is a great dining option when you visit Stanley Market. Service is fast and has a wide variety of Chinese food. I was so happy this place makes good tantanmen, it was on par with that of Shang Shang Shanghai Cuisine. Me and my friend ate a lot and we paid about US$ 20 each. Highly recommended!

This restaurant is usually not very crowded, only two or three tables occupied for dinner (usually). The food is… Ok at best. Really not that good, compared to Crystal jade and other shanghainese restaurants in Hong Kong.
Worth a try if you are in the area and in the mood for some chinese food, but other than that, don’t bother.
