Possibly the worst hotel I’ve been to since I was too poor to complain. Let’s start with the hotel generally which is sparse, uninspired, uncharming and parsimonious in its décor and accoutrements. Next, add the fact that the hotel boasts its rooftop pool but when you go to partake, the receptionist at the wellness center is indifferent and then for good measure comes to inform you after a half hour that the pool is shutting down in an hour and that you have to leave … apparently for some VIP visit. Then day two. There were only two towels for two people two hand towels and no wash cloths to begin with. So we had to use one handtowel for a wash cloth which we left in the very small shower. Maid service came and the shower was not cleaned nor did they remove the handtowel on the shower floor. Not one single towel was replaced.
In sum, stay somewhere else where maybe the charm will compensate for the utter lack of civility and standards.
