Awesome kolaches! As someone who grew up with these pastries at local bakeries up in NE Wisconsin, I was excited to try them at their birthplace. I had heard this bakery was the best spot for them, and I was definitely impressed. Really high quality shop, and inexpensive as well! Make it a destination on your trip if you want to try a solid kolache.
