Among the 3 Indian restaurants I’ve been to in Aberdeen, this one comes 2nd after Lahore Karahi, which is across the street. Like the other Indian joints, this one offers traditional fare with a few surprises. Overall, the food is quite good, wait staff helpful and attentive. Try Peshwari Naan, you won’t regret it.

This is an excellent Indian restaurant. I particularly recommend the bento boxes. The service here is always friendly and helpful. We are vegans and are used to waiters not understanding or serving us dairy anyway, but the waiters here couldn’t have been more helpful. I really appreciate it good stuff, Manzil, keep it up!

If you are in Aberdeen and you fancy a special meal then I recommend you pay a visit to Manzil. As soon as you enter the restaurant you will be taken away by the surroundings, it really is very nice. It is very spacious and surrounded with glass tables and tall black chairs, very classy. I would recommend calling ahead and making a reservation if you are planning on visiting on a Friday or Saturday as it can get quite busy and is a really popular restaurant in Aberdeen. When I have gone I tend to order from the A La Carte menu as they offer a wide range of delicious food. I was last here in February when I went to visit some friends. It’s ideal for catching up with old friends or if you are on a date. It is not so much family focused on evening s but it is during the day.
