This is a pretty nice pub, with a good selection of Real Ale and other drinks. A couple of TV, however these aren’t limited to Freeview. Nice friendly bar staff. Quite expensive for the area, which the food being far from cheap but certainly worth the money. Generally pretty busy at all times, with a mix of various different locals; who all seem to separate themselves out into different sections of the pretty open plan pub(lads nearest the TVs and older couples as far away as possible). I have been told that the pub quiz is really hard :-) Covered and heated smoking area at the front and plenty of car parking spaces.
