One of the best Highland Gatherings in England. Events include Pipe band competitions, solo piping competitions, highland games, massed pipe bands and stalls selling bagpipes and accessories, highland clothing stalls, farmers markets, fairground rides for kids, several bars! At the end of the day all the pipe bands perform together and line up to here the results, then each band individually marches through the streets of Ashbourne. This event is supber for anyone interested in the bagpipes or highland games or just anyone that has a passion for multi cultural events, or Scotland. It’s a great day out for all the family.
