AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
This estate agents has the worst customer service ever. After trying to arrange a viewing for a week I managed to do so (after literally begging for this company to call back).
When we did get shown around by the girl who knew absolutely nothing about the property (she also did not bring a set of details with her, slightly worrying when you are spending hundreds of thousands of pounds. Also would not be happy if I was the seller and potential buyers are not being given a set of printed details on the actual viewing) she was useless. We may as well been shown around by a spoon.
Anyway we are now trying to view another proeprty and unfortunately it is with them again. Aghhhhh, we are now experiencing not being called back again, the woman that answered the phone didnt have a clue whether it was tenanted or the owner lived there. Very worrying.
So now the saga continues, I am hoping another agent gets instructed so I can go through them.
