Always busy on a Saturday evening — you must book beforehand ! My friend and I had on a recent visit, after a cinema trip and we were seated shortly after our booking was due. Very family orientated here. Excellent service even though they were busy. Can recommend the Warm Ciabatta (with olive oil + balsamic vinegar), BBQ Grilled Chicken Pitta and Tiramisu. Have visited a number of times, without any problems and looking to sampling the more local Denton branch soon !

Absolute Disgrace!
Went here with a business client last Wednesday. Was shown to our seats but then left for over 15 minutes without any staff asking if we wanted drinks or if we where ready to order food :/
We left without anyone asking us why and went to the Harvester across the road, where I may add a mixed grill was only £12 and not £23 and it was lovely! Not sure how £23 is justified :/
I posted on Frankie & Bennies Facebook page only to have the comment deleted with no reply I will NOT go back!

Went here just before christmas, the atmosphere was fantastic and the staff really friendly and helpful. The reastrant was busy but there was plenty of staff on hand to serve you. The kids meals were great value for money and they included free drinks with refils and a pudding. The adult meals were enourmous and great value for the money. Kids got a small luck bag each with snap cards and activity book and crayons for while we waited for the food. we din’t have to wait long though. would really recomend and would definatgely go back again and again.

Lovely tasty food and great atmosphere. Groups are welcome for Birthdays etcc Book early as it gets really busy especially on a weekend.

This restaurant serves lovely food and drink at reasonable prices if you are lucky enough to get a table that is! Although I have eaten here occasionally I usually avoid it and eat at one of the other close by restaurants just because waiting times are usually too long. If you don’t book a table then it is a nightmare to eat here in the evenings and the atmosphere is usually too chaotic and noisy for you to enjoy your meal when it comes.
Having said that the staff work hard to serve everyone and the food is enjoyable. I give it 3 stars for effort I suppose its not its fault if its popular.
