Its a lovely pub plenty of dark wood and staff seem freindly. If there had been a good selection of beer and it had not been not best qual and nearly £4 for a very average bitter whi knows might have got five stars.

(Visited several times for food during the day, last visit 19÷02÷11) A traditional pub with creaking wooden floor, classic pub-ey menu and even a resident dog behind the bar, The Harrow’s a decent place to grab a meal. Being an independent pub, there’s no stiff service standards. Instead, the staff are just friendly and nice to you. The standard of the food is very good, and the portions are quite generous. Even the steak is done well, which is something not often found at such places. You even get an old-school bucket-o’-condiments, which is a good touch. The quality of the food is better than the wetherspoons in town, and obviously, everything’s better than the contemptible Slug and Lettuce. The Harrow is one of the better places to eat in Aylesbury.

A traditional looking pub in the day which gets very lively at night — you almost get the feeling that it can’t decide what it wants to be — a pub or a club. You can get a shock if you go in there for a quiet drink and then find the music getting louder and louder! There is a small amount of outside seating. The toilets are usually in a vile state.
