I love shopping at the Co-​op. I wish we had these in the states.

I came in here to pick up a couple of disposable BBQs as we were camping nearby and was really chuffed with just how much stuff there was! Almost loaded up with more camping gear but refrained as there was a camping shop with a sale on down the road.
Anyway, saw the ‘Multibuy — 2 for £5′ offer on the BBQs and thought ‘get in’, until I got to the till with my fiver and was charged £5.50. I said I was sure the offer was 2 for £5 but the till lady said ‘no, it’s 2 for £5.50′ and as I didn’t have any extra cash I had to pay by card, and then after I’d walked out I got really peeved about that extra 50p and way I’d been dismissed so I went back in and after I’d showed the lady the sign I got my 50p back, hooray!

Car parks in the area where you can claim your money back when you spend over £5. Good choice and value, home delivery. Electrical and fresh foods, magazines, paypoint, dividend card.

Good sizes supermarket in the middle of the town. No free car parking.
Long opening hours — open till 10pm. Good range of products, also a large range of electrical products on sale.
Friendly staff.
