The Bath Store had a huge range of baths, showers, toilets, hand basins and fittings for bath rooms. We went into the shop having seen a particular bath on the website, the staff could see we had a made a choice and showed us the bath we asked to see. We were then asked questions to make the decisions for our purchase, for example what type of taps, and whether we wanted a plug and chain. I did not feel any pressure or hard sell, though the staff member was very thorough in ensuring we had everything we wanted and needed. We ordered Friday afternoon and delivery was promised for the following Wednesday which seemed to be very efficient. The show room seemed to be very well laid out with plenty of choice.
