This is by far the best chippy Bangor has to offer I used to work in one of the bars a few doors away and made a ritual of going here for my dinner every Sunday and was never dissapointed with my dinner. I always try to stop in when I’m down the town and need a quick bite to eat

Café Cod does great Cod and Chips!
And so it should being located right on Bangor’s Buzzing marina! The location is top notch and as is the food. I always go for their cod and chips, being a huge fan of fish and the batter and the fish are really really great. The batter isn’t overpowering and the fish cooked perfectly. I love their chips too and my sister swears by their cheesy chips and hamburgers!
The prices are great too and won’t break the bank and if you’re lucky enough to get a seat outside on a nice day you really can bask in the glory of all Bangor has to offer!
