I went to have a bike fit done, Never had any problems cycling but everyone banged on about bike fit so had it done. He put me in a less aerodynamic position by putting a shorter stem so that I won’t have to bend less forward. This maybe a more injury prone position for some as it puts a kink in the spine. Didnt givr me a written description of the outcome of the fit. After making changes to the bike didn’t put me back on it to see the outcome. First long ride my back s so badly injured I can barely walk. I admit that bike fits dont always work. Did give me a refund for the bike fit and was amicable. Didn’t work for me.
