I usually avoid eating Pakistani food outside considering I have my mother, the expert, to create the authentic essence of it all right at home!
Recently, however, I came across Taza which I must admit has some of the finest pakistani food a high-street outlet has to offer. With food prepared by a fine Punjabi chef from Lahore city, it has become one of my favourite Pakistani diners with comfortable seating arrangements and a good cosy atmosphere to enjoy a casual dining experience.
And of course what better way to capture the essence of Pakistan than providing the customers with the liberty of enjoying some bollywood videos on their 32 inch plasma screens [I would, however, request to have it turned over to an alternative channel; with less heavy-gyration in public spaces, glammed out in sequenced outfits!!]
