You really need to avoid this place.
They are supposed to be in the IT business, they are really more like demolition experts.
I took a working, but slightly faulty PC in to have them diagnose why I was getting low frame rates after installing a new graphics card. They said they would do a diagnostic.
It seems a diagnostic involves them breaking your PC so that it won’t even switch on. After they have done this they will proceed to claim that it was like that when it came in.
All this is utter bullsh1t.
just like the reviews they have written for themselves on their little section on Google. They treat customers as if they are idiots who know nothing.
Now while I am not an expert in IT myself I have many years experience of building perfectly good systems and they were talking rubbish.
So if you want to be treated as an intelligent human being and to have your (probably quite expensive) PC diagnosed and looked after take it to somewhere that is at least halfway competent and not to these clowns.
