This is one of the best chip shops that I have ever been to. The staff are pretty good, although a smile wouldn’t break through too much of the foundation that some of the girls wear.
The owner seems very passionate over the food he sells and the cleanliness of the place.
The batter is the best ever, so bubbly and tasty. They don’t skimp on the fish sizes and an average cod and chips can easily feed two.
I wish they would add mackerel to their menu, after watching Hugh’s Fish Fight on channel 4 last night 11th Jan 2010, my mouth was watering over the thought of battered mackerel and chips.

This is a great fish n chip shop. always loads of staff serving and it’s not too long a wait. best part is you can have the bits of batter too if thats what you like.
