Many windows compnaies fit the same UPVC system. The only variable is the glass and type of handle. You therefore buy on price and service in this instance. With Brackenwood it’s hard to fault them on either. The sales guy was first rate (as a Sales Director myself I have seen some very poor examples from window companies), he advised and was very attentive. The order process was very efficient and the surveyor was here in days and his input is worth being at home for. The installation took place two days ahead of original schedule and was extremely proffessional. Little or no mess and excellent client communication througout. (Both fitters where trained carpenters who pointed out some other issues unrelated to my windows that I needed to address).
