As any other costa coffee, the menu and choices are the same. The staff are friendly and polite and your always made to feel welcome.

Hmm. Personally I’m not overly convinced with Costa, usually. The quality of the coffee seems slightly lower than Caffe Nero — bit milky and bland for my liking, but maybe that’s just me. However, where this branch scores is the location. Bang in the middle of Festival Place, they have a lovely seating area where you can sit and watch busy people rushing around while you sit and drink coffee. That makes it worth investigating, if you ask me.

You can sit and watch the world go by at this coffee shop with seating which is in the shopping centre and outside the coffee shop! this is great for people watching or for viewing the shopping centre entertainment! I recommend the raspberry and white chocolate muffins as they are yummy! not great if you’re in a hurry as the staff are really laid back but they are quite friendly!
