I’ve known of Moss of Bath for a few years now, and it’s a pleasure to be in their shop! Their knowledge and service is exceptional, and they make you feel appreciated and important. This is not your average high street outlet, this is a top class independent TV and Hi-​Fi showroom, with passionate, friendly staff who want to do their very best for you!

Absolutely shocking service! After visit today to buy a new TV package including accessories etc, were made to feel that our business wasn’t wanted. I wouldn’t mind but we were looking to spend a lot of money (we already knew what TV we wanted and this was priced at over £1K) and would prefer to support the independant retailers to get the personal service. Nevermind, they obviously don’t need our business in this current economic climate!

Great store for TV and video. Audio selection is good too but not amazing.
Most stuff here is RRP so you can usually find it cheaper elsewhere but they only stock high quality stuff, service is very friendly and knowledgeable.
Great selection of big screen TVs and stands, a good selection of portable audio and a sound proof listening room for audio separates.
They install Sky Digital too.
