Two people that i know have had their machines lost while booked in for ‘repair’ from this place, strongly advise against it

This store has just been refurbished. It feels much more like a warehouse now (not sure if that was the plan) but it has a nice open plan layout so items are easy to find.
A bit short on staff maybe, but prices are very good, very competitive with internet prices.
Staff are pretty knowledgeable, stock levels are very good. You can reserve the item over the internet from home, then pick up in store, which is great.
