This place is adorable. It’s right across from the main train station, should you need a cup of tea or sweet treat along the way. It’s an adorable place with very friendly staff, a comfortable place to drink tea, and a great selection of baked goods. My personal favorite was the chocolate brownie. Nice and moist, yet fluffy. Gluten-free notes: When I went in, they had about five(FIVE!) different gluten-free baked goods available. The mincemeat crumble was very good and the chocolate brownie was AMAZING.

Yes, if you’re parched or in need of a light snack either before or after a journey, get the hell away from the overpriced crap in the train station itself and head here — it’s just over the road from said station. It’s pretty small and intimate, so it’s perfect if you’re travelling alone and wish to read a paper or book over a nice cuppa. The staff are extremely friendly, too, not like the train station lot. My favourite thing is to have a steaming hot cup of tea with plenty of sugar and a little dessert(I choose a different one each time and all have been lovely) before jumping on the train.

This cute café is in the ideal location for commuters, situated as it is opposite Bath Spa train station. Everything about this café scream«quaint» and«lovely» with doilies on the tables and brightly coloured cupcakes adorning the counter. The shop assistants here are welcoming and warm, and quick to serve you up a piping hot cuppa and a sweet treat. It’s quite a small café so its not the best if you’re trying to have a quiet chit chat as your conversation will be overheard, but it makes a welcome change from the chained outlets in Bath.
