I went in here with my engagement ring. The diamond solitaire was loose and I could turn it 90 degrees in the setting.
I was told that I was being ridiculous and that there was no way the stone was going to fall out. I wanted to pay to have it reset but the man was quite rude and made me feel like I was making a fuss about nothing.
Two weeks later the stone fell out (thankfully at home so I found it!) and so I went to another jewellers who reset the whole thing for me and did it properly. Needless to say I won’t be going to De Marsac’s ever again!

Great jewellers, with lots of unusual designs, but this shop is getting robbed every other month, so make sure you look around before you go in!
Not too pricey, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for!
